CBH Resources Limited (“CBH”) has engaged Grant Thornton Corporate Finance Pty Limited (“Grant Thornton”) to prepare an independent expert’s report in relation to a proposed transaction with Toho Zinc Co., Ltd (“Toho”) that will be subject to approval by CBH shareholders. The directors of CBH have requested that Grant Thornton prepare an independent expert’s report on the proposed transaction and state whether, in its opinion, it is in the best interests of shareholders.
