Kingsgate AGM 2009November 9, 2009 – Kingsgate Consolidated today held their 2009 Annual General Meeting in Sydney.

Highlights from the Chairman’s address included:

  • A doubling of Kingsgate’s Share Price in the last 12 months
  • A return to profitability
  • A 15 cent dividend
  • A second half profit of $45 million
