CBH Resources Limited (“CBH”) has engaged Grant Thornton Corporate Finance Pty Limited (“Grant Thornton”) to prepare an independent expert’s report in relation to a proposed transaction with Toho Zinc Co., Ltd (“Toho”) that will be subject to approval by CBH shareholders. The directors of CBH have requested that Grant Thornton prepare an independent expert’s report on the proposed transaction and state whether, in its opinion, it is in the best interests of shareholders. The Company advises that Notice of a General Meeting of shareholders to consider approval of transactions involving Toho Zinc Co., Ltd, as announced on 21 January 2010, has been despatched to shareholders. The General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 30 March 2010 at the Sofitel Sydney Wentworth Hotel, 61-101 Phillip Street, Sydney, N.S.W. commencing at 10.00 am.
